In order to give last year students the opportunity to make themselves known to the business world, VTK keeps an online CV book. Your information will only be included with after your explicit consent.

You can view and edit this information online. Removal from the online CV book is possible anytime. You can contact to have this done.

Member-, student- en alumni file

• birthday;
• sex;
• phone number;
• username at KU Leuven;
• student mail address;
• personal mail address;
• home address;
• student housing address;
• study.

These data are used for the following purposes:

• Member administration;
• customer base book store;
• access control website;
• online services (bv. wiki and mailing lists);
• consignments of companies (both by mail and e-mail).

Your personal information will never be forwarded in mailings to companies. Vlaamse Technische Kring vzw makes all the mailings commissioned by any company. You can always withdraw your consent to receive company mailings ().
