Orientation Days
The Orientation Days are a special programme to help you settle in during your first few days in Leuven and learn more about our university. Visit Pangaea's website here and sign up to get all the info, tips and tricks you need to start out your stay in Leuven with a bang and meet your fellow students! We help Pangaea and LOKO by being present on the student fair, alma dinner, international party and organising a faculty evening.
The Orientation Days take place before the start of each semester (September and February). Participation is free, except for certain weekend activities and food. We strongly advise you to participate in order to get a good start of your academic adventure in Leuven.
What's on the planning and where can you find us on the orientation days of the first semester?

Student Fair on 20/09 at 3:30 p.m.: We hope to see you there on our stand! Where? Pangaea Hub

Faculty Evening the same day at 8:30p.m.: Come and have fun and get to know fellow engineering science students. We will provide drinks, snacks and fun activities. Where? Quadrivium Celestijnenlaan 200H, 3001 Leuven

Alma Dinner on 21/09 at 7p.m. come enjoy a meal at Alma 3!

Campus tour This will be held on 22/09 after the faculty speech (12a.m.) you must attend. You can then choose follow us around campus ,we'll show you our amazing sights! Where? Auditorium 01.27 - Aula A (Celestijnenlaan 200c , 3001 Heverlee).

LOKO International Party on Friday Evening! You can find us behind the bar!
