What is IFR?

The InterFacultaireRockrally (IFR) is the largest student rock competition in the country. Different bands from different faculties compete against each other in a memorable music competition. The battle consists of two preliminary rounds and finally a spectacular final in the Depot. Both a vote of the public as well as a vote of a professional jury determine who will proceed to the final and which band will eventually take home the main prize. Doesn't that sound like music to your ears?

Registration bands

Do you see yourself on the stage, rather than in the audience? Any student association associated with KU Leuven or its associations may delegate a band to IFR that represents them and tries to crown themselves as the winner. The final will take place in the Depot. Numerous well-known artists have already played amazing sets at this location and you and your band could be next!
