Have you recently received an email telling you your reservation has expired? Did your book/course material disappear from the reservation list? This means you waited too long to come and pick it up. Ten days after the assigning, the booking expires. Using this rule, we may be able to help another student waiting for the same book. If this happened to you, you simply have to make a new reservation. If you don't want to order a specific article anymore, please cancel your booking so that this article can be assigned to the next person in line waiting.
