How do you make a lithography system that goes to the limit of what is physically possible?
On March 5, ASML’s demo engineer Manuel Serrao will give a lunch lecture at VTK, giving his audience a peek in the world of lithography. He shares how ASML grew from a start-up in a shed to a successful high tech company with over 14,000 employees. Illustrating ASML’s innovative spirit with facts, Manuel gives a unique insight in how an electrical engineer grew into a role that covers all kinds of disciplines.
The lecture will start at 12h30 in room 200S 01.04 and will take about an hour. A complimentary sandwich lunch and refreshments are provided from 12h00.
